  Contacté con Portes Lorenzo para que me ayudaran a traer el resto de mis cosas de Valencia a Pamplona.

Desde el primer momento que contacté con ellos hasta la entrega de los muebles, el servicio fue perfecto.

El servicio se organizó de un día para otro, me informaron del nombre de los conductores, la matrícula del vehículo, su ubicación, la hora estimada de llegada (fueron super puntuales), además de enviarme fotos. En otras palabras, un servicio claro y fiable.

Los tres señores fueron muy educados y profesionales, el trato fue excelente, fueron muy rápidos en encontrar una solución a mi necesidad y el servicio prestado fue impecable.

Recomiendo su gran servicio.

La atención de 10 ya empieza cuando contactas para contratar, después te van informando continuamente y el servicio es muy profesional. Se adaptan a lo que necesitas pero aún mejor es que te lo ponen todo muy fácil y eso es de agradecer.   Muy buen servicio. Muy profesionales. Trato excelente y cercano. Nos hicieron un servicio urgente (organizado de un día para otro) llevando la mercancía de Cadiz a Salamanca. Servicio rápido, bien organizado (nombres de transportistas, teléfonos, seguimiento nocturno) y en cada momento se nos informaba de cómo iba la entrega (recibimos fotos y albaranes firmados al acabar el servicio). Sin duda lo recomiendo y no dudo que volvamos a colaborar más veces.

I contacted the company yesterday, and today they have already picked up the furniture. They have been very punctual and kind.
A 3rd without an elevator is hard to lower furniture, they have done it quickly
They are very cheap.

The company is quite serious and they seem honest, but they moved some furniture for me and they did not handle it with due care. They destroyed a leg of a box spring and stained a sofa.
Fortunately, there Lorenzo behaved well and they take care of everything with his insurance.
I would have liked them to have acted calmer and saved me the fuss, but at least they respond, which is why I give them 3 stars.
